1, Uninstall the emulator from the control panel and reinstall it.
2, Uninstalling without the control panel may leave residual files in the installation directory. In which case, go to C:\Users\Public\Documents\MuMu Files, find and delete nemu.ini, and then try reinstalling the emulator.

Got to the installation directory of the software, find NemuDrv.inf in the Hypervisor folder, right click and select “Install” to try reinstalling the emulator.
Error Code 30000 130000、230000、330000、430000、530000: Shell update failed Check if a folder or file in “EmulatorShell” under the software installation directory is opened. If it is, close the relevant folder or file and try reinstalling the emulator.

1, It may be caused by insufficient disk space; check whether the disk has at least 2G free space;
2, If there is enough disk space, try reinstalling the software from another disk.

1、It may be caused by insufficient disk space, you can look at the disk to see if there is enough space, at least to ensure that more than 2G space.

Error Code 40000 140000、240000、340000、440000、540000: Failed to update launcher
Open “Task Manager” to see if there is a process named “NemuLauncher.exe.” If there is, end the process and try reinstalling the emulator.
Error Code 50001、150001、250001、350001、450001、550001:
1, Check whether there is sufficient space in the disk where the software installation directory is located, make sure there is at least 1.2 GB (2G+ would be better);
2, Try reinstalling the emulator in another installation directory (in a different main disk);
3, If the problem persists, shut down all protection software and repeat the first two steps.
4, If none of the above methods works, click to download this hotfix, then execute it by right-clicking it and selecting “Run as administrator”.
Error Code 50002 、150002、250002、350002、450002、550002 : ROM upgrade failed, but successfully rolled back to the previous ROM
1, Check if the disk where the software installation directory is located is full. If so, delete or move part of the data to other disks, free up at least 2 GB disk space, and try the update again;
2, If none of the above methods works, click to download this hotfix, then execute it by right-clicking it and selecting “Run as administrator”.
Error Code 50003、150003、250003、350003、450003、550003: ROM upgrade failed and can't roll back to the previous ROM
The software is damaged; please re-download the installation package and try reinstalling the emulator.
Error Code 50004、150004、250004、350004、450004、550004: Failed to deploy the shared folder
1, Check if the “EmulatorShell” folder under the software installation directory has folders named “keymap_config,” and “install_apk.” If not, please create them manually and try reinstalling the emulator;

Error Code 50005、150005、250005、350005、450005、550005: Installation failed due to sound module error

Error Code 50012、150012、250012、350012、450012、550012：Emulator upgrade migration failed, there is a running emulator.
Open Task Manager, switch to Details, check if there are emulator unexited processes, such as Nemuheadless.exe, NemuPlayer.exe, etc. After ending the occupied processes, try to upgrade and install again.
Error Code 70000、170000、270000、370000、470000、570000: Failed to get administrator permissions Switch to the Administrator account and try reinstalling the emulator.
Error Code 70001、170001、270001、370001、470001、570001: Installation failed due to having previously installed MuMu global version or the presence of residue files due to incomplete uninstallation
1, Uninstall the global version emulator from control panel and reinstall it;

Error Code -2147024894: Nemusvc service registration failed
1, Click "Start" and enter "cmd";
2, Right-click cmd and run it as administrator;

Error Code -14
1, Press “Windows key+R” on your keyboard to open Run. Enter “cmd” on the textbox and click “OK” to check whether “cmd.exe” exists in the system. If not, download the corresponding version of “cmd.exe” for the system and place it in windows/system32 under the system disk or the directory where the software installation package is located.
2, Press “Windows key+R” on your keyboard to open Run. Enter “cmd” on the textbox and click “OK” to check if your account has the permissions to run cmd.exe. If not, right click on cmd.exe and select “Properties”, add permissions, and try reinstalling the emulator.
Error Code 1
Check if the remaining space on the disk where the software installation directory is located is sufficient, make sure there is at least 1.2 GB (1.7 GB or more would be better), and then try reinstalling the emulator.
