 If your PC is running on Windows 10, MuMu may often freeze at 30% while loading, in which case you can:

1) Right-click on MuMu’s shortcut, then click "Properties"

2）Click "Compatibility" → under "Compatibility mode", untick "Run this program in compatibility mode" → restart the emulator.
