2. Provide basic product functions, maintain network and operation security

       Please note that individual device information and log information are information that cannot identify a specific natural person. If we combine this information with other information to identify a specific natural person, or use it in combination with personal information, then during the combined use, this information will be treated as personal information, and we will anonymize and de-identify this personal information, except as otherwise authorized by you or required by laws and regulations. 3. Provide you with interactive, publishing, information push, product/service marketing promotion and satisfaction research services

(1) When you use this product service, upload and/or publish information and conduct related interactive behaviors (speech, post, message sharing, collection, reward), we will collect the information you upload, publish or form, and use your nickname, avatar, ID and published content for display.

Please note that if you publicly post information that contains your personal information or personally sensitive information, please consider it carefully before posting because such information may be collected and used by others. If the information you publish involves personal information of others, you should obtain consent from others before publishing it.  (2) If you copy the information shared in the product or receive the shared information in the product or participate in related activities, we need to access your clipboard and read the sharing code, password, link, redemption code and other related information in order to realize the functions or services of sharing information, obtaining benefits and participating in activities. Your clipboard information will only be processed on your device, we will only read the information related to our services to complete the relevant instructions, your clipboard information will not be stored. We do not collect any other irrelevant information from your clipboard without your consent and without otherwise stating it.

4. Help you complete orders, payments, top-ups and deliver goods or services to you

(1) When you order specific goods and/or services and recharge in this product service, in order to show you the transaction information of your account number and ensure the transaction security, we will generate an order for you to purchase the goods and/or services through the system, collect your specific order number, order creation time and transaction amount information, and display it to you and facilitate your transaction management of the order. In the process of placing an order, if it is a physical commodity, we also need you to provide the consignee name, receiving address, and contact telephone information so that we can deliver the commodity to you;

(2) In order to complete order payment, deliver goods or services, confirm transaction status and provide after-sales and dispute resolution services for you, we will collect your account number, order, transaction and logistics information related to transaction progress through the transaction object, payment institution and logistics company selected by you based on the exchange, or share your transaction information with the above service providers.

      Recharge records and consumption records belong to sensitive personal information. Collecting such information is necessary to realize consumption function, otherwise the transaction cannot be completed.

Please be aware that the personalized recommendation algorithms in our products do not match your aforementioned data with your real identity information, so we will not identify your real identity for this purpose. You can choose to turn off personalized content recommendation and set the path to "My Settings Personalized Service Personalized Content Recommendation". After closing, we will not use your relevant information to push content to you, and the content you see may be less relevant to your preferences and may affect your user experience.

 (2) Personalized advertising recommendations

In order to ensure a good user experience, we will use your device information (IMEI, IDFA, device model, system version), device location information, IP address information based on the advertiser's needs independently or in cooperation with third-party advertisers. We will use computer programs to automatically analyze one or more of the above information and extract your user profile, intelligently predict your preference characteristics, and push online advertisements to you accordingly. Please be aware that in the process of using intelligent algorithms to recommend advertisements to you, we and the third-party advertisers we cooperate with will not match your information with your real identity information, so we will not identify your real identity based on this purpose, and we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your authorization or legal provisions.

7.We sincerely hope thay you can understand that in the process of using this product service, we will apply for access to your system permission when necessary (the specific permission varies according to the equipment model and system version you use), so as to realize the collection and use of the information involved in these permissions. Before opening the permission, we will inform you of the purpose of opening the permission and ask for your consent. If you do not agree, we will not open the relevant permission and cannot provide you with the service corresponding to the permission.

(1) After you agree to access the storage rights, you allow us to access the storage rights of your device, including "read external storage rights","read/write SD card content rights" and "modify/delete SD card content rights", so that you can download, upload, and save content, or through caching to achieve publishing/sharing information content, editing/modifying avatar, customer service communication, reporting/complaint services and functions;

(3) After you agree to access the camera rights, you can upload, take photos/pictures/videos, use the "sweep","scan code","practice emoji" functions, and realize the functions of posting information and comments, video live broadcast, adding friends, watching videos/competitions, face-to-face sharing resources or providing proof with customer service communication;

(4) After you agree to access the address book, we can obtain your address book friend information, so as to provide you with the function of friend status inquiry, invite your friends to use NetEase products, and share content/products with people you know;

(5) After you agree to access the microphone, you can use the voice function to interact with our products and others, or contact customer service to realize the screen recording function;

(6) After you agree to access the location permission, we can obtain your location information so that you can interact with nearby friends and guide you to move your location; the location information is sensitive personal information. If you do not agree, it will only make you unable to interact with nearby users, accurately move your location or, but will not affect your use of other functions unrelated to the location permission of the product. You can also cancel your location information authorization at any time.

(7) After you agree to access the calendar, we can obtain your schedule time in order to provide you with the function of recording and reminding.

Tips for specific feature permissions: If you need to turn off a feature that is turned on for use of a specific feature, most mobile devices will support your request. Please refer to or contact the service provider or manufacturer of your mobile device for details. Please note that if you enable any permission, it means that you authorize us to collect and use relevant information to provide you with corresponding services. Once you close any permission, it means that you cancel your authorization. We will no longer collect and use relevant information based on corresponding permissions, and we will not be able to provide you with services corresponding to this permission.  (2) If you have other requirements for consulting, copying, transferring, correcting, supplementing or deleting, or if you have any questions or difficulties in using the corresponding functions of this product, you can log in to NetEase User Personal Information Service Platform. We provide you with relevant operation guidelines and operation settings. You can operate by yourself. If you have doubts or difficulties in the operation process, you can contact customer service. Alternatively, you may choose to contact us through the feedback channels listed in the "How to Contact Us" section of this Policy and we will process them for you in a timely manner.

Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, when you correct, supplement, delete your personal information or apply for cancellation of your account, we may not immediately correct, supplement or delete the corresponding information from the backup system, but we will not process the relevant information, and will correct, supplement or delete the information when the backup is updated. Once the relevant information is deleted or the account is cancelled, it will not be restored. Please operate with caution.

 

2.Disclosure and Sharing

Some of the features of this product allow you not only to broaden your Social networks, but also to publicly share information about you with all users who use this feature. You can upload or post information, and you can respond to information uploaded or posted by others. As long as you do not delete the information you disclose or share, it may remain in the public domain; even if you delete the shared information, it may still be independently cached, copied or stored by other users or third parties outside our control, or maintained in the public domain by other users or such third parties. If you disclose or share your information through the above channels, we will not be responsible for the disclosure of your information. 3.Account cancellation

4.Change of scope of authorization consent

You can choose whether to provide us with personal information. NetEase (hereinafter also referred to as "we") is fully aware of the importance of children's (refers to minors under the age of 14, the same below, also known as "children") personal information and privacy security. We would like to explain our handling rules and other matters related to the collection and use of children's personal information through the "MuMuPlayer Pro Children's Personal Information Protection Rules and Guardians Notice"(hereinafter referred to as "these Rules"). Before using NetEase products and services, please read these rules carefully and thoroughly for children, children's parents or other guardians (hereinafter collectively referred to as "guardians"), especially the terms marked with bold/underlined should be read carefully, and only after confirming that they fully understand and agree to all terms can they start using. 

 

 Guardians specify:

  If we learn that your child is under the age of 14, we will take special measures to protect your child's personal information that we obtain in accordance with these rules. How we collect and use personal information

(a) We will strictly fulfill our obligations and responsibilities for the protection of children's personal information as stipulated by laws and regulations, and collect and use children's personal information after obtaining the consent of guardians in accordance with the principles of due necessity, informed consent, clear purpose, safety guarantee and legal use:

1. According to legal and regulatory requirements, before using specific functions and services, we need users to fill in their names and valid ID information for real-name authentication. If they are authenticated as children, we will process personal information in accordance with laws and regulations.

2. When we identify that the user is a child, we will collect the contact information of the guardian (mobile phone number, email address) and contact the guardian to verify the guardianship relationship with the child to help the guardian manage and understand the child's use of this product service. In order to better protect the rights and interests of children, we collect information (name, ID card, household register, birth certificate or other proof of guardianship relationship) from guardians according to specific circumstances, so as to further verify the guardianship relationship between guardians and children.

3. In the process of children using NetEase products or services, we will also collect and use other children's personal information, including obtaining and using children's personal information through COOKIES or similar technologies.  (b) Exceptions with authorized consent

According to relevant laws and regulations, the authorized consent of children and/or guardians is not required for the processing of children's information in the following cases:

(1) It is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract to which you are a party;

(2) It is necessary for the performance of statutory duties or obligations;

(3) It is necessary to respond to public health emergencies or to protect your or others 'life, health and property safety in emergency situations;

(4) Conduct news reporting, public opinion supervision and other acts for the public interest, and collect your personal information within a reasonable range;

(5) Collect personal information that you disclose or that has been legally disclosed within a reasonable range;

(c) Tips on sensitive personal information

How we share, transfer or disclose children's personal information

1.Sharing

Without the guardian's consent, we will not provide children's personal information to any third party outside NetEase Group, but we will request the guardian's authorization and consent in the following scenarios:

(1) To fulfill the purposes described in Section 1 of these Rules,"How we collect and use children's personal information", and to provide our services to children. We share children's information with partners and other third parties to realize the functions of this product service and enable children to use the services they need normally, specifically including: payment institutions providing payment services, merchants entering NetEase platform, partners providing data services (including online advertising monitoring, data statistics, data analysis), third-party logistics companies and other service providers; the specific services and functions set by the product shall prevail.

(2) Necessary sharing with related parties. In order for us to provide consistent services to children based on a unified account system and facilitate their unified management, personalized recommendations, and system and account security, children's personal information will be shared among related parties of NetEase Group as necessary.

We will only share children's personal information for legitimate, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes. For companies, organizations and individuals with whom we share personal information, we conduct security assessments and sign strict confidentiality agreements requiring them to treat information in accordance with our instructions, these rules and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

2.Transfer

In the event of a merger, acquisition, transfer of assets, division, dissolution, bankruptcy or similar situation, if a child's personal information needs to be transferred. We will inform you of this, inform you of the recipient's name and contact information, and ask the new recipient to continue to protect your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations and no less than the requirements of this policy.

3.Disclosure

We will disclose children's personal information only if we adopt industry-standard safety precautions:

According to the law, sharing, transferring and disclosing anonymized children's personal information, that is, ensuring that the recipient of children's personal information cannot recover and re-identify the subject of the information, does not belong to children's personal information, and the storage and processing of such information will not require separate notification to the guardian and consent of the guardian.

 

How we store and protect children's personal information

(1) Except as otherwise provided by laws, regulations or regulatory authorities, we store children's personal information only for the shortest period of time necessary for the purposes described in these Rules.

If we terminate our service or operation, we will stop collecting children's personal information in a timely manner, and at the same time, we will comply with relevant laws and regulations to notify the guardian in advance, and delete or anonymize children's personal information after termination of service or operation, except as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or regulatory authorities.

If the guardian applies for cancellation of the child's account, voluntarily deletes the child's personal information or exceeds the necessary period, we will delete or anonymize the child's personal information, except for retention periods stipulated by laws and regulations.

(2) We attach great importance to children's privacy and security, set up a dedicated security team, and take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect children's personal information:

We will adopt encryption and related technical measures to store children's personal information to ensure information security. At the same time, we strictly set information access rights for staff on the principle of minimum authorization and control the scope of children's personal information; staff accessing children's personal information must be approved by the person in charge of children's personal information protection or its authorized management personnel, record the access situation, and take technical measures to avoid illegal copying and downloading of children's personal information. If we discover that children's personal information is leaked, tampered with or lost, we will immediately launch an emergency plan, take remedial measures, and inform affected guardians and children of the incident by email, letter, telephone, push notification and announcement.

When querying, copying, correcting, supplementing, transferring, deleting the aforementioned information or applying for cancellation of accounts, we require guardians and/or children to verify their identity according to specific circumstances to ensure information security. Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, when guardians and children correct, supplement, transfer, delete children's personal information or apply for cancellation of accounts, we may not immediately correct or delete the corresponding information from the backup system, but we will immediately stop processing the relevant information and correct or delete or anonymize the information when the backup is updated.

1.Inquiry and copying of children's personal information

Guardians and children may view and copy the personal information of children provided or generated by their use of this product or service, including personal information data, partial use records and published content.

2.Correcting and supplementing children's personal information

These third party social media or other services are operated by the relevant third party. Children's use of such third party social media services or other services (including any information provided by children to such third parties) is subject to the third party's own terms of service and information protection statements (not these Rules), which guardians and children need to read carefully. These rules apply only to the personal information we collect and do not apply to any third-party services or third-party information use rules. If guardians and children discover that these third-party social media or other services are at risk, it is recommended to terminate the relevant operations to protect the legitimate rights and interests of children and contact us in a timely manner.

 

Amendments to these Rules

In order to provide better services, we will modify the terms of these rules in due course according to the update of this product service and the relevant requirements of laws and regulations, and such modifications constitute a part of these rules. If such update causes a substantial reduction or significant change in the rights of the guardian and child under these Rules, we will notify them through website announcements, push notifications, pop-up prompts or other means before these Rules come into effect.
