Now it's your time to rush for the office, get dressed, Grab all your necessary documents required for today's meeting at the office: as you're in the HR Admin job life, drop your kids to the daycare, greet her and rush to the office. 

As soon as you reach the office, your first thing to do is to go to the  Boss office and see if there's anything they need to assign. And get back to work. Once you go there, you see that there's a company coming to take proposals for the big project. Your need to prepare the document for the proper proposal and Pitching the idea of why we are the best company who can manage your business domain. This is already a tough thing to do along with being the pregnant Mother. Once, you write these slides, you might need to share the slides with everybody. After getting free from the office, go to the nearby hospital for the Ultrasound to examine the health during the lunch break.
