Patch Note 2.1.34

The most recent patch is 2.1.34 which was released on 27th November, 2025. In this patch, Moonton has optimized certain heroes, fixed bugs and also made some enhancements with the emblems. All the information regarding this patch is listed below.

Hero Adjustments

Freya (Buff)

After the recent revamp on Freya, the hero has shifted from a burst type to a sustain type hero. Players are now utilising her kit with the sustain build that includes the following equipment: Corrosion Scythe, Endless Battle, Sea Halberd, Malefic Roar, and Oracle. This build improves Freya’s durability and consistent damage in team fights.

  • Skill 1: Fixed an issue where Skill 1’s damage did not scale with skill level.
  • Skill 2: Optimized Skill 2’s control handling. It no longer hits targets behind the caster, which could cause the charge to fail.

Hilda (Buff)

There was a bug with Hilda where her enhanced basic attack ignored enemy defense which has been fixed with the patch. Moreover, her lance clearing efficiency and combat power has been increased for early and late game.

Passive:

  • Enhanced Basic Attack Base Damage now deals 110(+130% Total Physical Attack) (+12 * Hero Level).
  • Ultimate: Extra damage per Wilderness Mark Stack at each level.

Clint (Buff)

With the patch, they have increased Clint’s sustained damage output in the mid to late game scenario.

Ultimate:

  • Skill Recharge Time decreased from (10s - 6s) to (10s - 5s).
  • Cooldown decreased to (0.5s - 1.5s) from (2s - 1s).

Cecillion (Buff)

For Cecillion, they have optimized his early game skill casting experience and players can spam hi skills even more frequently now.

Skill 1:

  • Mana Cost increase per Cast scales between 1.5 to 1.8 times which was previously 1.8 times at all levels.

Nolan (Buff)

Nolan received a small buff that enhanced his mobility and sustained combat capability in the mid to late game.

Skill 1 & Skill 2:

  • Cooldown reduced to (2.5s - 1s) from (2.5s - 1.5s)

Suyou (Buff)

Suyou’s burst capability and sustained combat ability has been enhanced a bit for the mid to late game.

Skill 1, Skill 2 & Ultimate:

  • Skill 1’s slash damage (Tap) increased to (375-555) from (375-495).
  • Cooldown for all his skills are decreased to 8s from 8.5s.

Julian (Buff)

The Devs have partially reverted Julian’s Jungle efficiency adjustments to help him gain momentum sooner.

Passive:

  • Enhanced Basic Attack Damage Against Creeps: Increased from 75% to 85%.

Lancelot (Nerf)

Lancelot has been dominating the meta for a while now. So, to tone it down, his Skill 2’s cooldown has been increased to balance it out. It has both high burst damage and the ability to evade enemy skills. The short cooldown made it difficult for enemies to counter.

Skill 2:

  • Cooldown increased to 11-8.5s from 10-7s.

Cici (Nerf)

Cici’s Passive Delight granted her higher mobility than other Fighter, which posed too great a threat to backline heroes, so her mobility and Skill 1 damage has been reduced.

Passive Attributes:

  • Movement Speed decreased from 250 to 260.

Skill 1:

  • Base Damage decreased from 60-85 to 70-95.

Kimmy (Nerf)

Kimmy’s dominance in the early to mid game has been reduced.

  • Cooldown increased from 10-8s to 12-10s.

Emblem Adjustments

For the Emblem adjustments, they have decided to rework or make changes to the Fighter Emblem. As many Basic Attack-based fighters weren’t suited for the Emblem, they have adjusted the base attributes.

Fighter Emblem

  • Attributes: The fighter emblem that used to give 12% Spell Vamp, now gives 10% Hybrid Lifesteal instead.
