Skills

Here are the skills and abilities of Ikkaku Madarame:

1. Dodge - Flash Step

The Dodge skill is called Flash step which is a super high speed dash performed by the Soul Reapers in Bleach. Use it to avoid any incoming attacks before they hit you.

When a Perfect Dodge is triggered, it inflicts True Time Freeze effect for a duration of 1.5 seconds. During this effect, the character gains 15% ASPD and 25% Movement Speed for 4 seconds. You have to wait for the 15 seconds cooldown to go off before triggering the effect again.

Sacrificial Flash Strike

In the Bankai state, Ikkaku’s dodges will not avoid damage from the enemy. Instead, they will make Ikkaku attack the enemy during movement with a damage equal to 34% of ATK.

2. Counter

In the Shikai state, release it as soon as a Spiritual Pressure attack is performed. After countering the attack, Ikkaku thrusts consecutively forward with Hozukimaru, dealing damage equal to 500% of ATK and raising his Spiritual Pressure to the maximum.

In the Bankai state, after countering an attack, Ikkaku will automatically release a technique and raise his Spiritual Pressure to the maximum.

3. Basic Attack – Extend, Hozukimaru

In the Shikai state, Ikkaku’s basic attack is called Extend, Hozukimaru. He deals damage equal to 264% of ATK in total over 5 hits using his weapon, Hozukimaru. Ikkaku gains Spiritual pressure for each hit over the enemy.

Greatsword Slash

In the Bankai state, Ikkaku wields Ryumon Hozukimaru on each of his hands, dealing damage equal to 154% (Next: 173.25%) of ATK in total over 2 hits. Ikkaku gains Spiritual Pressure for each hit on the enemy.

4. Special Attack – Make No Mistake

Press and hold the attack in the Shikai state at Max Spiritual Pressure to trigger the special attack. Ikkaku marches forward and thrusts once, dealing damage equal to 151% of ATK. After that, immediately tap the Attack again to make Ikkaku sweep a large area with Hozukimaru in its three section staff form, dealing damage equal to 226% of ATK.

Whirlwind Sweep

In the Bankai state, Ikkaku keeps spinning Ryomen Hozukimaru to create a strong whirlwind, dealing damage equal to 340% (Next: 382.5%) of ATK to enemies within a large area and dragging them to Ikkaku. When Ikkaku stops spinning, press the basic attack button again to unleash a powerful attack dealing 340% of ATK.

5. Passive – Today is My Lucky Day!

Ikkaku’s core passive is called “Today is my lucky day!” where he deals 3% more Thrust DMG for each living enemy around him, up to 15%. Here are the three passive enhancements:

• Is That It? - Upon each defeat of an enemy, Ikkaku will gain 25 Spiritual Pressure and the Rousing Passion state: Deals 22.5% more Thrust DMG for 8 seconds.
• Blade Sheath Exchange - Ikkaku’s special attack deals 37.5% more damage and will also inflict Wound on hit.
• Crimson Ryumon - Each release of special attack in the Bankai state will provide a 75% Crit DMG Bonus to the next Slow Hozukimaru, stacking up to 2 times.

6. Technique – Break, Hozukimaru

In the Shikai state, Ikkaku dashes to the back of the target and then launches consecutive hits at the target with Hozukimaru in its three-section staff form, dealing damage equal to 189% of ATK in total.

Power Condensation

In the Bankai state, Ikkaku leaps up high into the air and slashes to deal damage equal to 141% (Next: 158.62%) of ATK. After Ikkaku lands, immediately tap the skill again to launch a follow-up attack of 141% (Next: 158.62%) ATK and inflict 1 stack of Wound on the enemy.

7. Ultimate – Bankai: Ryumon Hozukimaru

Ikkaku keeps wielding Hozukimaru, dealing damage equal to 276% of ATK in total to nearby enemies. Then, fully releases Hozukimaru’s power and enters the Bankai state for 14 seconds. During this state, all attack moves will be enhanced and HP will not be reduced under 1.

Slow Hozukimaru

Tap the Ultimate again in the Bankai State and Ikkaku releases all Ryomen Hozukimaru’s power to launch an explosive, powerful strike, dealing damage equal to 792% of ATK and ending the Bankai state.
