Glinda Cookie is one of the new additions in the game which was released in late 2025 on November 23. Along with Glinda Cookie, many other cookies also made their debut with the Wicked x CookieRun: Kingdom collaboration. Her other name is Galinda Cookie. She is a Special cookie added in the “The One of Darkness Absolute" mid-update. Her damage type is Magic and her positioning is best suited in the rear part of the team.

​Skill and Abilities

Glinda has only one skill called “Dazzling Presence”. It has a 14 second cooldown before it can be used again. Using the skill will make her ride a bubble and flaunt her dazzling presence through glowing lights and fireworks. The enemies that are hit by the fireworks will be debuffed and they will experience reduced ATK stats while your allies will gain HP based shield, Healing buff, and extra CRIT percent increase. Moreover, she will also gain the unique buff called “I’m the Best!”.

Skill Buffs:

• The Fireworks deal extra Single Hit Damage that is equal to 127.8% of ATK.
• Applies -20% ATK debuff on the targets for 15.0 seconds and can only be stacked once.
• Provides 10% of Max HP as shield for a duration of 5 seconds to the allies.
• Grants 126.7% of ATK as Healing.
• Grants +10.0% CRIT chance increase to the allies for a duration of 14.0 seconds and can only be stacked once.
• Grants +12.5% CRIT DMG increase to the allies for a duration of 14.0 seconds and can only be stacked once.
• The “I’m the Best!” buff provides:

1. +20.0% ATK increase for 14 seconds
2. +20.0% DMG Resist increase for 14 seconds

While Glinda Cookie is paired with Elphaba Cookie in a battle, the synergy effect called “Fearless Friendship” effect gets activated, which also triggers extra EXP gain for both of them when clearing a stage.
