Version 1.6 New Characters

Ruan Mei

Ruan Mei is a 5-star character from the Harmony Path with an ice-type element, is all set to make her official debut in the first phase of version 1.6 of Honkai: Star Rail. 

Ruan Mei is a distinguished scholar featured in Honkai: Star Rail, where she holds the prestigious 81st membership position in the esteemed Genius Society. Renowned for her gentle and refined demeanor, Ruan Mei is celebrated for her profound knowledge in biological sciences and exceptional abilities. Her captivating expertise has caught the attention of Nous, leading her on a dedicated and adventurous journey to unravel the mysteries of life hidden within the vast realms of the universe.

Basic Attack – A Tiny Orchid

Ruan Mei's basic attack deals Ice damage equal to a percentage of her ATK to a single enemy.

Skill – Gather, Twist, Wipe and Pick

Ruan Mei's skill increases her own SPD (Speed) by a certain percentage and also boosts her allies' SPD for a specified number of turns.

Ultimate – Shaking Brocade Water, Not Taking off Dipped Clothes

Ruan Mei's ultimate ability buffs all allies for a set number of turns. It enhances the Weakness Break Efficiency of all buffed allies by a specific percentage. Additionally, when an enemy's Weakness shield is broken, it triggers Broken Plum Blossoms, causing ice damage equal to a percentage of Ruan Mei's ATK and delaying the target's action. Notably, Broken Plum Blossoms can only affect an enemy target after they've recovered from Weakness Break.

Talent – Classifying Screws

Ruan Mei's talent increases the damage dealt by allies when they hit an enemy with Weakness Break by a certain percentage.

Dr. Ratio

Dr. Ratio is a 5-star character from the Imaginary element who follows the Path of Hunt. The candid and self-centered Intelligentsia Guild member often conceals his appearance with a strange plaster sculpture.

He demonstrated unparalleled intelligence and talent since his youth, but now refers to himself as a "Mundanite."

He firmly believes that intellect and creativity are not confined to geniuses. He seeks to distribute knowledge to the entire universe to cure the persistent disease named ignorance.

Xueyi

Xueyi is a 4-star character from the Quantum element who follows the Path of Destruction.

One of the judges of the Ten-Lords Commission. Of the four duties of a judge (detention, interrogation, incarceration, and punishment), she is charged with detention. Holding iron chains and a Marasunder Awl in her hands, she tirelessly tracks down wanted criminals and subdues them.

Version 1.6 Rerun Characters

In the upcoming version 1.6, players can anticipate the return of the popular characters Blade and Kafka in rerun events. This comes after the rerun of the Silver Wolf event. If you are the fans of the Stellaron Hunters, take care of your Stellar Jades!
