You can measure your heart rate approximately with My Pulse app. Just put your finger on the phone's camera and stay still, the instant heart rate will be shown after several seconds.

Receive reminders to check your pulse and track your heart rate every day to help you maintain good habits.

How to use
- Lightly place the tip of a finger on the back camera lens.
- Make sure your fingers aren't cold.
- Be sure your fingertip fully covers the camera lens and flashlight.
- Hold until the measurement is complete.
