The COP26 ID-check app allows participants officially registered to the UN Climate Change Conference in Glasgow to verify their identity online. This step is mandatory for those participants who plan to join official meetings virtually through the online virtual conference portal. To start the identification process, please have your participant login credentials and a valid ID-card, passport or travel document to hand. A biometric validation process is used during the digital ID-check process to avoid fraud and ensure seamless experiences for participants. This app is brought to you through a collaboration of UN Climate Change (UNFCCC) and UN International Computing Centre (UNICC).
