Explore our free on-demand workouts to find the perfect class for you. Classes range from 20 min. to an hour or more in length depending on the workout. You'll find classes organized by level for all abilities. Level I Safe Moves programs will help you increase mobility, stability and strength to achieve pain-free movement with the least amount of effort. Do 2 of these every day for 2 weeks and you'll be amazed at how your body feels. Level 2 and Progressive Math Classes are for those that are ready for more of a challenge and to take their mobility, stability, strength and balance to new levels. All classes are shot in high definition, with 6 to 8 camera angles showing expert instruction so you know exactly what to do in every class. FitStreams is a woman owned business born during the Covid pandemic in 2020 from a successful brick-and-mortar Pilates studio in Massachusetts. It started as a way to help a few hundred clients stay fit and healthy during lockdown, and since then has turned into a way for people all over the world to get a workout no matter where they are. At home, the office, on the ground under a tree, on the beach under the sun, on a boat, literally any place you have room to lay down. FitStreams helps people be fit, strong, healthy and happy.
