Before starting, it is important to know that after installing Aerofly FS from Google Play, the app must download additional data. A WiFi connection and at least 8 GB of free storage are required before your first flight. Global Scenery and Missions The default scenery covers only part of the US west coast. A prepaid global scenery subscription expands the sim worldwide with high resolution aerial imagery, elevation data, 3D buildings and points of interest on supported devices, global night lighting, over 2,000 handmade airports, more than 6,000 global airports, and over 10,000 missions based on real world routes. More than 100 handcrafted flight missions are also included for structured flying.
Simulation Tools and Assistance Aerofly FS Global includes a wide range of tools that make it flexible for different skill levels. Pushback and glider winch or aerotow options are available. Flight assistance with a simulated copilot can be enabled. Air traffic simulation, instant replay, resume after crash, time skipping along a route, and quick repositioning through a location map are all supported. Pilots can choose configurations such as cold and dark, before engine start, ready for taxi, ready for takeoff, final approach, or cruise. Time of day, clouds, wind, thermals, and turbulence can be adjusted. Camera views include cockpit, passenger, external, tower, and fly-by perspectives, with optional labels for mountains, lakes, and cities. Personal statistics, achievements, career progress, and recorded flight paths round out the experience.
