About the Game

A continent called Iris Cloud lies buried under a deep, unnatural fog. Monsters appear from the mist that spreads outward from enormous trees standing at the borders of each nation, deceiving travelers and attacking settlements. No one knows where the fog came from or when it began covering the world. The only clue is an old legend: if someone reaches the guardian sleeping at the end of the rails laid before the fog appeared, every question will be answered. To follow that legend, five kingdoms pooled their knowledge and built the Mist Train, a magical locomotive capable of moving safely through the haze.
You play as the newly appointed captain of the Special Steel Corps, an organization created to carry out missions against the fog. Together with students from a military academy, you board the train and set out into the unknown. What follows is a large scale operation to clear the fog from the entire world, and every route you travel pushes the story forward.
