About the Game

Ark of Nephilia takes place in the red galaxy known as Nephilia, a region where many stars fall under the control of a race called the Brain and a mechanical race they created known as the Platinum. The story begins when Reina, who is on a research mission in a distant part of space, rescues Alto, a fellow alien of unknown origin who has lost his memory. An unexpected malfunction forces their ship to crash on the unknown planet Ark. Stranded there, the two slowly begin to witness the hidden truth of the planet, and their struggle to liberate an inescapable dystopia begins.
At the center of the game is the Doll system. Each character is accompanied by a helper robot called a Doll. Players can customize these Dolls in three ways. First, up to three Expansion Chips can be equipped to improve the Doll's overall performance. Second, one Skill Chip can be set to define the Doll's active skills. Third, one Appearance Chip can be used to change the Doll's visual design. This flexibility means no two players need to build their Dolls the same way, and you can adjust your setup as new challenges appear.
Crafting is another important part of the experience. During your journey across Ark, you will collect various materials. These materials can be used to craft items that support your adventure, including Doll parts. Because the crafting system ties directly into Doll customization, players who enjoy experimenting with builds will find plenty of room to create a setup that matches their preferred play style.
The game is available in a standard version and a premium version. The premium version removes ads from the main game and includes 150 Kemco Stones. The standard version offers an optional ad removal purchase, but that purchase does not include the 150 Kemco Stones. It is important to note that save data cannot be transferred between the premium and standard versions, so players should choose carefully before starting their journey.
Ark of Nephilia is optimized for game controllers, which makes it a natural fit for PC play.
