About the Game

Morifis - Grow and Defend is a real-time tower defense strategy game developed by hakumai-studio. The story begins in a kingdom that was once full of light. A shadow falls over the land, and the Royal Survey Team is sent into the forest to retrieve the Komorebi Stone. You are part of that mission. The forest is quiet, but footsteps are getting closer. With your allies beside you, you must defend the woods until the very end.
The core twist is that you build the paths yourself. Every route you open becomes a dungeon for the enemies that march along it. You decide where to open the forest and where to lead the invaders. This turns each stage into a tactical puzzle. You have a limited number of moves, so you plan carefully. No two layouts are ever the same, and the paths you choose become your defense line.
Your allies are the heart of the fight. Nearly 50 of them can be collected, from spirits to dragons. They change form as they grow and evolve, and you fill in the codex one entry at a time. Cute monsters and mighty dragons alike fight on your side. Each ally has its own way of fighting. Kohaku heals nearby allies. Iwarou howls to raise its allies' attack. Once grown, Hasunoko spawns little ones and multiplies. Asagi goes after the weakest enemy and takes to the air after it grows. Yukipon catches enemy attacks on its ice shield and sends damage back at the attacker. Try a different mix of allies, and you can win the same stage in a completely different way.
You will travel across five worlds. The journey starts in sunlit groves and moves toward forests of snow and ice. Each world has its own scenery, with new terrain and new enemies waiting. You can step in at any time, even mid-battle. Watch the fight unfold in real time and turn it in your favor. Send every invader back to the forest before the Komorebi Stone is taken, and victory is yours.
