About the Game

Necromancer: Undead Legion RPG is a dark fantasy action RPG with roguelite runs, created by solo developer 안코치 스튜디오. It is a rebuilt-from-scratch follow-up to NecromancerRPG (2022), and its central promise is simple: death is not the end, it is your army. You play as a necromancer who turns fallen enemies into undead minions, then uses those minions to overwhelm the battlefield. The game is available to play on PC through MuMuPlayer, and you can also play on Mac with MuMuPlayer, including MacBook, Mac mini, and Apple Silicon models such as M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, M5 Pro, and M6.
The combat loop is built on four actions: kill, raise, command, and detonate. Every enemy you defeat leaves a corpse behind, and those corpses become resources. You can summon undead, fuel explosions, or save corpses for a stronger power spike. This creates a constant push-and-pull between spending corpses for immediate tempo and holding them for a bigger swing. You are not a passive commander watching from the back. You move, fight, and teleport out of danger, blending the hand feel of an action RPG with the battlefield control of a summoner build.
Army building is deep and flexible. There are 36 undead species in total, starting with six base skeletons and six base zombies. Each of those base types branches into two elite forms, giving you options for frontline bruisers, ranged support, and control. As your minions gain levels, they feed a system called Legion Resonance, which raises the maximum number of undead you can command. This means your army grows not just in size but in composition, and you can mix species to suit your preferred playstyle.
Gear and runes add another layer. Weapons, armor, and accessories drop with affixes and sockets. You can collect 19 runes and complete 10 runewords, each requiring three runes. The blacksmith lets you reforge and transmute gear, so hunting for the right affixes and socket combinations becomes a long-term goal. This system supports both steady progression and experimental builds.
The main journey takes place in a labyrinth with 11 zones and 200 stages. You break seals, survive rising pressure, and face bosses whose attacks are marked on the ground before they land. Clearing stages faster and cleaner earns a higher grade, which encourages replaying content for better results. The labyrinth is designed to test both your reflexes and your army management.
Reincarnation is a core roguelite mechanic, but it is your choice when to begin again. Waypoint stones and past-life power carry over, so each new life starts stronger and can reach deeper into the labyrinth. This makes failure less punishing and turns every run into progress. When the pressure peaks, you can unleash Reaper form, turning desperation into domination for a limited time.
There is also a separate defense mode called Hold the Bridge. In this mode, you defend a bridge against a night siege using turrets, altars, and your undead legion. It offers a different rhythm from the main labyrinth, focusing on positioning and wave management. Optional auto-hunt helps with farming, but bosses and build decisions still require your attention. The game is available in 15 languages.
