MuMuPlayer Mobile Guide: How to Remote control MuMuPlayer on Mobile

MuMuPlayer PC now supports remote control from mobile devices. You can install MuMuPlayer Mobile on your mobile device and connect directly to MuMuPlayer PC for remote control. Follow the steps below to get started.

1. Install the Latest Version of MuMuPlayer PC and MuMuPlayer Mobile

Install the latest version of MuMuPlayer PC on your computer, then install and sign in to MuMuPlayer Mobile on your mobile device. MuMuPlayer Mobile currently supports iOS and Android.

Scan the QR code below to install MuMuPlayer Mobile. iOS users can also search for and download MuMuPlayer Mobile from the App Store.

2. Enable Remote Control

Open MuMuPlayer PC on your computer and sign in to your account. In the MuMuPlayer PC main interface, select the Remote Control tab on the left, then click Allow Remote Control.

Please note that the account signed in to MuMuPlayer PC must be the same as the account signed in to MuMuPlayer Mobile. Only then can the PC enter the ready state after you enable Allow Remote Control.

If the accounts signed in on the two devices are different, the following prompt will be displayed.

If the current device is already being remotely controlled by MuMuPlayer Mobile, the following interface will be displayed.

To disable remote control, click the Close button.

3. MuMuPlayer Mobile Features

After signing in to the same account on both devices, open MuMuPlayer Mobile and use the remote control features. Once the connection is established, you can access the interface below and see the Android devices already available on MuMuPlayer PC.

3.1 Supported Features on the MuMuPlayer Mobile Device Page

3.1.1 Create an Android Device Remotely

Click Menu > Create Device in the upper-right corner, or click the + icon on the device page to remotely create a new Android device.

3.1.2 Sort the Device List

You can change the sorting order of the device list by name, creation time, or device number.

3.1.3 Switch the Layout

You can switch the layout of the device list between one device per row and two devices per row. 

3.2 Control an Individual Android Device

A remotely controlled Android device supports the following operations:

• Start
• Shut down
• Restart
• Clone
• Rename
• Delete
• Settings 

3.3 Control an Android Device in Full Screen

For an Android device that is running, click its card to control it in full-screen mode. Clicking and swiping work just like they do on a phone, but the Android device is actually being controlled remotely.

The following features are supported:

• Adjust the volume
• Android device settings
• Restart
• Synchronizer
• Switch the frame rate and image quality of the remote control screen
• Control Android devices other than the first device in the list

3.4 Switch Between Multiple Android Devices

If multiple Android devices are running at the same time, press and hold the toolbar on the right, then swipe up or down to switch between different Android devices.

3.5 Synchronizer

When multiple Android devices are running at the same time, you can choose to synchronize the operations performed on the current device to other devices. Synchronization is one-way and can be paused or stopped at any time.

Select devices to start synchronization:

Select the devices you want to synchronize, then click Start Synchronization.

During synchronization:

After synchronization starts, Synchronizing will be displayed in the upper-left corner of the mobile screen.

3.6 Frame Rate and Image Quality

Customize the image quality and frame rate.
