Nov 12, 2021

MuMuPlayer needs a dedicated graphics card to run smoothly. Otherwise, when running some games, issues such as installation failure, crashes, or abnormal screens may occur. Please follow the tutorial to switch to a dedicated graphics card.

How to switch to a dedicated graphics card with NVIDIA

1. Right-click on the computer desktop, then select [NVIDIA Control Panel];

2. In the NVIDIA Control Panel, go to 3D Settings - Click [Manage 3D Settings], and then in the [Global Settings] on the right, change the option under Preferred Graphics Processor to [High-performance NVIDIA processor] - Click [Save].

How to switch to a dedicated graphics card with AMD

1. Right-click on the computer desktop, and click [Configure Graphics Card];

2. In the pop-up settings, you can add the applications that need to be set to run on the dedicated graphics card, then select [High Performance], and click [Save] at the bottom.

What should I do if I don't know whether my computer has a dedicated graphics card

If you don't know the status of your computer's graphics card, you can go to "My Computer" - "Properties" - "Hardware Management" and expand "Graphics Options" to check. If the computer does not have a dedicated graphics card, there will be more problems when running the emulator. Please upgrade your computer configuration.
