Lords (players) serve one of the various factions and cooperate with their allies to become the greatest power. This means expanding their territory, and to achieve this, domestic policies such as expanding resources by developing castles and castle towns, and military preparations such as training military commanders are essential.

The lord's leadership is the foundation of his path to dominance.

Win against other factions in battles for territory and take on castles and checkpoints in siege battles, paving the way to dominance!

The game system features two zones: "Contested Zones" and "Uninvasible Zones." "Contested Zones" are GvG areas where factions battle each other, and the thrill of large-scale competitive siege battles is the highlight!
"Uninvasible Zones" are home to daimyo headquarters, and are protected from attack by players of other factions, so even beginners can enjoy the game with peace of mind and focus on domestic affairs.


In "Nobunaga's Ambition: Road to the World," you begin by clearing the fog that shrouds each base (castle/checkpoint) and opening a path to the Contested Zones.
The roads connecting bases not only help you advance, but also play an important role in attacking and defending. At "castle sites" scattered along the roads, you can construct "auxiliary castles" or "subsidiary castles." Sometimes you'll build an "auxiliary castle" to strengthen your offensive, and other times you'll build a "subsidiary castle" to serve as a base to defend against the advance of hostile forces.

Predict the advances of each daimyo's forces and strategize together to expand your territory!


Sieges are difficult to conquer with the strength of a single lord alone; the strength of allies from the same faction is essential.

A full range of features are available to support legion leaders, who are tasked with bringing allies together!
The "Meeting Place" feature presents possible siege dates to legion members and allows them to vote in advance on a date that is most convenient for them to participate. Depending on how it's used, it can even be used to conduct simple surveys, making it a highly versatile feature.
The "Legion Roll Call" feature allows the Legion Commander to announce the siege battle schedule to the rest of the Legion and take roll call of participating Legion members.
