About the Game
Take control of John, a grandpa who must fulfill an old promise to a loved one: He needs to clean all the trash around the beach where he lives to help the turtles to reach the sea. Promise By the Shore is a short and relaxing game where there are no enemies, time limit, or losing conditions: craft a basket to help John to collect the trash, recycle it and advance through the game at your own pace, breathing to the rhythm of the waves and listening to the sound of the sea. ART MADE WITH LOVE A hand-drawn art inspired by childish crayon drawings and a relaxing piano soundtrack combine to create an original and charismatic game. CRAFT AND COLLECT OPTIONAL ITEMS Throw the collected trash into the bins spread around the beach or recycle them to craft baskets, safety nets for the turtles or walk faster by collecting a pair of boots.
