This horror game has quickly taken over the top charts of the best horror games in Roblox. Why? Because the jumpscares are perfect, the rules are well-structured and the whole game is really immersive. In Scary Shawarma Kiosk, you play as a cook at a Shawarma stall who has to serve Shawarma as per the customer’s taste. But here is the twist, not all of your customers are normal. Some of them are anomalies disguised as humans and your motto is to only serve the normal ones. So, what if you end up serving the anomalies? Well, only one way to find out.

The Beginning
You will be spawned in front of your shop. You will have to walk in from the back door and when you do, a guy on the radio will start instructing you on how to start up. His instructions are very basic like turning on the Meat grill and then opening the shutter as well. The radio guy will tell you one very important thing and that is to “read the rules on the wall”. Now these aren’t just any rules, they are the ones that will decide how long you’re gonna be alive in the game.
Read them carefully and act accordingly. The most important rule you need to keep in mind is the one that says to check the anomalous customers before serving. As of the Christmas update, 5 new anomalies including the Santa himself have been added, which makes the game even more interesting.
Preparing the Shawarma
A lot of people are going to come to your shop; some will just order the regular shawarma, whereas the others will specify their needs and maybe ask for a soda as well. To prepare a regular Shawarma:
- You first start with the Lavash
- Then add in the Sauce
- Pour some of the cheese
- Add some salad
- Get the meat in there
- Roll the base up
That’s all. Some customers will ask you to add more cheese or meat so you will have to follow that as well.
Identifying Anomalies
As I said earlier, anomalies in the game will try to pretend to be customers as well and you have to refrain yourself from serving such customers; otherwise, the big bad guy (the ghoul near the fridge) will come and get you. To find out whether a customer is normal or an anomaly is simple enough. First, you check them out. If they have a cracking voice or appear abnormal in any way. If yes, then quickly lower the shutter. If no, then check the camera. If they do not appear normal in the camera, once again you simply lower the shutter. But if they do appear normal in the camera, then turn on the night vision. If something abnormal comes up in the night vision, then.... yes, you got me. Lower the damn shutter. If not? Then congratulations. You have got yourself a normal customer.
Anomalies generally have the following traits so keep an eye out for them:
Weird Texture
Some customers may act normal and all but when you check in the camera, you will find that they have a weird skin texture. Often, their legs would be covered with reddened bruises & scratches along with some blackspots. Those are not mere wounds. That’s a walking talking anomaly so shut the shutter down, Bob!
Missing in Night Vision
Sometimes, the customer may appear and talk normally but when you open the night vision, there will be no customer showing. What do you do if this happens? Well, darling, close the damned shutter because this is NOT a glitch. It's an Anomaly.
Double Customer
Some customers may appear normal and also talk that way but when you check the CCTV, you will find their doppelganger just beside them. That, my dear is not the long-lost twin of your customer, it's an ANOMALY so bring that shutter down for good. Also, with some customers, you will have to check the back camera too, for their dopplegangers can lurk in there as well.
Passenger, Dancing & Screamer
In some camera scenes, you can see one of the customers carrying another on its back. Other instances record the customer standing normally but dancing in front of the camera. The best jumpscare is probably of the doppleganger that sticks to your camera and screams like a banshee. All of these? Anomalies.
Hacker & Santa
Now these anomalies were lately added and they have a certain twist to them. The hacker guy will claim to be a “hacker” obviously and then he will show you his “hacking” skills by disconnecting your game. Yeah, well lower the shutter for his audacity alone. Next, this Santa guy will greet you with a “Merry Evening” which is quite sweet if you ask me, but but but... This is a horror game and we don’t take candies from strangers. So lower the shutter, especially if you see the sack on his shoulder moving. Because we definitely do not want whatever is inside that sack.
Kiosk Occurrences
The Ghoul Near the Fridge
This is a shy one and you won’t see him at all in the beginning. But when you do, you might want to keep a close check because this guy... is terrifying. He will grow whenever you accidentally serve an anomaly. Your fridge might also open on its own sometimes, so make sure to close it quickly.
The Meat Stand
It already has quite an etchy texture so if you find it pulsating and making a weird moan-like sound? TURN THAT BITCH OFF AND RUN INTO THE SAFE AREA AND DON’T COME OUT UNTIL THAT SHIT STOPS. Oh, and if you try to be that over-confident guy here? Don’t blame me for what happens next.
The Inspector
Every day at 2 am, there will be an inspection. You will see a car arrive and no, you don’t give them a shawarma. You just quietly use the back door to exit and turn your head away as the inspector does his job. Do NOT look at the shawarma kiosk until the inspection ends. If you do? GG. If the inspector spawns randomly, then my guy, you probably made too many mistakes and he is here to kick you out. Well-played, I guess.
