Chisa, the newest Havoc Resonator, does have a few options for her Sonata sets that will work with her kit, but in the end, it all comes down to you and your personal playstyle. According to the roles that are assigned at launch for China is Support, but you are free to build her in your own way, but that will affect her kit to some extent.

This is the new Sonata Effect set, which was introduced in version 2.8, and is the perfect choice for Chisa’s build. With this set, she gains a 20% ATK stat buff and a 30% Resonance Liberation DMG buff for a duration of 5 seconds. While the remaining pieces go for the Midnight Veil, as it can offer her a 10% Havoc DMG boost.

The Main Echo for Chisa will depend on which Sonata sets you will pair with her. This Echo can deal higher DMG to the nearby foes who are already inflicted with Havoc Bane, and provide the user with 12% Havoc DMG and Resonance Liberation DMG Bonus.
If you plan to go with the old set, then the Fallacy of No Return, will provide the user with a 10% Energy Bonus and a 10% team-wide Attack buff.
Best Weapons for Chisa
Chisa prefers to wield a Broad Blade, and she has quite a lot of options to wield. But these two are her best choice, and they are :
Kumikiri
- ATK - 500
- Crit Rate - 36%
Kumokiri is her signature weapon, and her best option to wield. The weapon grants Chisa a 12% ATK stat buff, and when she successfully casts her Intro Skill or inflicts a Negative Status effect, she further gains an 8% Resonance Liberation DMG bonus that can stack up to 3 times max.
When max stacked, the weapon can provide its user with a huge 24% All Attribute DMG Boost for a period of 15 seconds when they successfully deal negative status effects to the nearby enemies.
Wildfire Mark
- ATK - 588
- Crit DMG - 48.6%
This is her second-best option after her signature weapon. Wildfire Mark can provide the wielder with a 12% ATK boost, which can buff the overall DMG of the wielder. A; so, when casting Intro Skill or Resonance Liberation, the weapon can grant a boost DMG by 24% for 6 seconds, and if you want to make the effect last longer, just hit your nearest enemy with a Heavy ATK.
