• View and control multiple MuMuPlayer Android devices running on PCs from your mobile phone.

• Remotely open, shut down, restart, clone, rename, delete, and configure Android devices.

• Enable the Multi-Instance Sync feature to operate selected MuMuPlayer Android devices simultaneously.

• Enjoy remote streaming at up to 144 FPS and the highest available original-image quality.

2. Booster Service

MuMuPlayer's Booster service helps supported games and apps improve network stability and reduce latency for a smoother online gaming experience.

Booster service features include:

• Game Booster: Select a supported game from the Booster service panel and start Booster.

• Server Selection: For games that support multiple servers, you can select or switch between available game servers.

• Automatic Booster: Once enabled, supported games or apps are automatically accelerated when launched, so you don't need to start Booster manually each time.

• Booster Status Window: After a game is launched and Booster is enabled, you can check the Booster status and latency information in the floating window. You can also switch servers or stop Booster.

1. What Premium plans are available, and how long is each billing period?

The following Premium plans are currently available at promotional prices:

• Monthly: $10.00 every 31 days (standard price: $12.00), equivalent to $10.00 per month
• Quarterly: $27.00 every 92 days (standard price: $36.00), equivalent to $9.00 per month
• Annual: $72.00 every 366 days (standard price: $144.00), equivalent to $6.00 per month

The monthly equivalents shown above are for reference only. Quarterly and annual subscriptions are charged in full at the beginning of each billing period.

Promotional prices apply during the current promotional period and may change afterward. The applicable price and final amount payable will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.

2. When will I be charged for an automatic renewal?

If you subscribed through the App Store, your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

If you subscribed through another payment service provider, your payment method will be charged according to that provider's renewal policy. Depending on the provider, the charge may be processed 24 to 48 hours before the renewal date.

3. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your Premium benefits will remain available until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for another billing period after the cancellation takes effect.

• If you subscribed on an iPhone, go to Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your iPhone to cancel.
• If you subscribed through another platform, you can cancel from your MuMuPlayer profile on Windows or from the Premium purchase page on macOS.

4. What happens when my Premium subscription expires?

Premium-only features will become unavailable. This includes remote control through MuMuPlayer Mobile. MuMuPlayer for macOS will also be unavailable without an active Premium subscription.

These features will become available again after you reactivate your Premium subscription.

5. What should I do if my Premium benefits are not activated?

Try to sign out and sign back in, or restart the relevant apps. If the issue persists, contact customer support and provide the following information:

• Your MuMu account email address or account ID
• Your order ID
• The purchase date and time
• The platform used to make the purchase

Never provide your password or verification code.

6. Why must MuMuPlayer Mobile and MuMuPlayer on Windows use the same account?

Your Premium status and device connections are linked to your MuMu account. To establish a remote connection, MuMuPlayer Mobile and MuMuPlayer on Windows must be signed in to the same MuMu account.
