Role and Core Strengths
Yachiru is mainly a Slash-type Support character. Her job is to boost the attack of the character who is currently fighting. She helps your DPS characters by increasing their total damage, improving Slash-type damage, and helping them charge their Ultimate faster. She works very well with high-damage Slash characters like Ichigo Shikai, Ichigo Bankai, and Byakuya Kuchiki. If you do not have Kisuke Urahara then Yachiru is one of the best F2P substitutes if you have a Slash team.
Core Mechanic: Spectator State
Yachiru’s core mechanic is the Spectator State. To activate it first you have to activate any of these things:
- A successful Counter
- The final hit of her Basic Attack
- Her Technique Skill
- Her Ultimate
Once you have done this, you have to switch back to another character within 3 seconds. When the Spectator State is active your main character’s Attack Bonus will be increased by 20%. When your main active character uses a special or basic attack, Yachiru’s Ultimate energy will increase.
Skill Priority
- Dodge: If you can use this skill perfectly then True Time Freeze will be applied for 1.5 seconds. It also increases Yachiru’s Attack Speed by 15% and Movement Speed by 25% for 15 seconds. This dodge also pauses the duration of all buffs and debuffs on the field which can be very useful during battles. Dodge has a cooldown of 15 seconds.
- Time to Spectate: This skill launches the enemy into the air and deals 197% Attack damage. If you use this skill and switch out immediately then you can keep using Spectator State constantly.
- Ultimate – Yachiru is Angry!: When you use the Ultimate, Yashiru uses her Spiritual Power and deals 284.6% damage to all enemies. She also gives Inspiration (Passive) to all your other characters.
- Inspiration (Passive): Slash DMG is increased by 10% for 6 seconds
- Exhilaration (Passive): If your other characters already have Inspiration when she uses her Ultimate then the buff is refreshed and the Slash DMG increases by 7.5% for 15 seconds.
- Absolute Focus (Passive): If Yachiru grants Inspiration to any Slash type character then the Inspiration time is increased by 3 seconds.

If you want to properly build Yachiru then you will need good relics and stamps that increase her buff time, charge her Ultimate faster and strengthen her Spectator State mechanic.
Weapon Stamp – Enough Talk
This is the best weapon stamp for Yachiru. If Yachiru is in Spectator State and she reaches 25% or 75% of her Ultimate Energy then she grants Inspiration to all your characters and your Crit Damage Bonus increases by 10%. If you do not have it then you can use Spreading Toxin that gives a 6% Base Attack boost for 25 seconds after using a technique.
Core Stamp – Over Here!
This stamp increases the effectiveness of Spectator State even more. When she is in Spectator State and you release her Ultimate then all other characters will get a 15% Crit Damage Bonus for 15 seconds. If you don’t have it then you can use Repentance Cell’s Figure which will increase the Base ATK of all other characters by 6% for 25 seconds.
Relic – Hidden Wisdom
The 2-piece set increases her Base HP by 16.5%. When you use the 3-piece set and you use a Technique, then all your characters’ damage will increase by 9.2% for 25%. You cannot stack this set. This is perfect for Yachiru because you can switch her out right after using a skill and your DPS character can enjoy the buff fully.

- Innocent Smile: Yachiru gains 1% Ultimate Energy every second in Spectator State.
