nebenan.de and mesvoisins.fr are both free social networks available for neighbours in Germany (nebenan.de) and France (mesvoisins.fr). With the help of this local social network neighbours can get to know each other, meet up, provide help, share useful information and by that strengthen neighbourhood communities in both countries. 

If you are a French or German resident, you can simply download the App to get started. The App is available in both German and French, and is operated by the Good Hood GmbH.
