Born as the third princess of Temirana, a kingdom situated at the far eastern edge of civilization, she arrived into the world marked by a birthmark on her forehead that would define her entire childhood. Whispers spread quickly through the court, and she was labeled the "Cursed Princess" before she could even understand what that meant. Separated from her family, she was relocated to a distant mansion and kept far from the castle, growing up in isolation while the kingdom carried on without her.
That all changes just before her sixteenth birthday. At the Helis Duelme, a renowned dueling tournament, the princess witnesses something no one else can see.
